The diligence workstream of AVM Alpha: deterministic, zero-custody tools for M&A financial and operational due diligence. LogNexus turns heterogeneous logs into auditable Alpha Findings; RevLeak runs a governed revenue-leakage lifecycle (detect, validate, remediate); and Quality of Earnings normalizes reported EBITDA (accepted vs scrutinized add-backs), builds the net-debt bridge and working-capital peg, and flags material earnings-quality issues. The Insurance óptica (S14) reviews the target's insurance programme against its risk map (coverage gaps, underinsured lines, policies expiring at close) and structures R&W (transactional) insurance — which SPA reps are insurable versus excluded, limit/retention sizing, survival, and an indicative premium range — with placement and pricing held for the broker/underwriter. Every tool evaluates caller-supplied evidence only and maps to the canonical Finding contract that feeds valuation. Model proposes, human decides.
