Terms of Service

Last updated: April 12, 2026

1

Introduction

Welcome to MCPize. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MCPize platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Procoders OÜ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2

Description of Service

MCPize is a marketplace platform that enables:

  • Developers to publish, distribute, and monetize Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
  • Users to discover, subscribe to, and integrate MCP servers into their applications
  • Secure API key management and usage tracking
  • Payment processing for subscriptions and developer payouts
3

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4

Developer Terms

If you publish MCP servers on MCPize as a developer, you additionally agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your MCP servers, including functionality, capabilities, and limitations
  • Maintain the availability, security, and functionality of your published servers
  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service
  • Not publish servers that contain malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, or facilitate illegal activities
  • Not misrepresent server capabilities or engage in deceptive practices

We reserve the right to remove any MCP server that violates these Terms or our content policies without prior notice.

5

Marketplace Quality and Moderation

MCPize is committed to maintaining a high-quality marketplace. All published MCP servers are subject to our quality standards and moderation policies.

Quality Standards: Published servers must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Provide genuine, functional capabilities beyond trivial placeholders (e.g. "hello" or "echo" tools are not acceptable as production listings)
  • Accurately describe their functionality, integrations, and limitations in the server name, description, and documentation
  • Not misrepresent capabilities, such as claiming third-party API integrations (e.g. Google Ads, WhatsApp, Stripe) that are not actually implemented
  • Not contain security vulnerabilities that could compromise user data, credentials, or system integrity
  • Not duplicate or spam the marketplace with substantially identical listings under different names
  • Offer meaningful value beyond what a large language model can do natively — servers that merely wrap trivial computations, text formatting, or logic that any LLM can perform directly in a single prompt do not meet our quality threshold and may be removed

Moderation and Removal: We reserve the right to review, unpublish, or permanently remove any server from the marketplace at any time and without prior notice if it:

  • Fails to meet the quality standards described above
  • Contains deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Poses a security risk to users or the platform
  • Is published as part of spam, bot activity, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Is associated with fake or multiple accounts created to artificially inflate marketplace presence — mass publishing through duplicate accounts results in permanent bans of all related servers and accounts
  • Violates any applicable law or third-party rights

Account Suspension: Developer accounts that repeatedly violate quality standards, engage in spam or coordinated abuse, or re-publish previously removed content may be suspended or permanently banned without prior warning. Suspended developers forfeit any pending payouts.

No Obligation to Review: While we may review servers for quality and compliance, we are not obligated to do so. The presence of a server on the marketplace does not constitute our endorsement of its quality, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
  • Provide accurate and complete payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund inquiries.

7

Developer Revenue Share

MCPize charges a platform fee of 20% of gross transaction value for servers with active monetization on or after June 10, 2026. Servers that activated monetization before June 10, 2026 receive a Founding Member rate of 15%, locked permanently and inherited by all current and future plans on the same server.

The platform fee covers payment processing (Stripe), tax compliance, hosting infrastructure, customer support, fraud prevention, and platform promotion (SEO, marketplace discovery, growth).

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect and are subject to:

  • Completion of identity verification and tax documentation
  • Minimum payout thresholds
  • Applicable fees and transaction costs
8

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you submit, including MCP servers, documentation, and profile information. By submitting content to MCPize, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Our Content: The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by Procoders OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
