What it does
reconcile_commission — takes statement text + optional expected total → returns:
- source_type — auto-detected (insurance/sales/affiliate/referral/other)
- transactions — list with date, description, policy/deal ID, gross_amount, commission_rate, commission_amount
- summary — total_commission, transaction_count, average_commission
- reconciliation — expected vs actual, difference, difference_percent, status:
- matched (|diff| < $1 or < 0.5%)
- small_discrepancy (0.5% ≤ |diff| < 5%)
- major_discrepancy (|diff| ≥ 5%)
