What it does
extract_contract_clauses — takes contract text and returns:

- clause_type: payment, termination, liability, indemnification, confidentiality, ip_ownership, warranty, dispute_resolution, non_compete, force_majeure, renewal, assignment, data_protection, sla, other
- risk_level per clause: low, medium, high, critical
- key_dates, obligations_summary, red_flags

Example
Input: SERVICE AGREEMENT. Section 3 Payment: 5000 USD/mo. Section 5 Termination: 30 days notice. Section 7 Liability: uncapped. Section 8 IP: all work becomes Client property.
