What it is
Query Brazil's PNCP (Portal Nacional de Contratações Públicas) through MCP. Every answer carries the source and the date of each data point. No scoring and no AI inside the server: only what the public body published.
Tools
- contratacoes_abertas: tenders still accepting proposals, by modality and state, with agency, object, estimated value, deadlines and a link to the official notice.
- contratacoes_do_orgao: purchases an agency published in a period, with estimated and awarded values and status.
- contratos_do_orgao: contracts signed by an agency, with supplier tax ID, values, signing date and term.
Limits (read before using)
- Covers only what is in the PNCP. Agencies that do not publish there yet are missing.
- No keyword search in the tender object and no search by supplier: the PNCP does not offer those filters.
- Does not say who won a tender (use contratos_do_orgao).
- LGPD (Brazilian data protection law): contracts with individuals as suppliers are omitted and counted separately.
- Public data, no guarantee of completeness. Not legal or financial advice.
- Responses are in Portuguese, as published by the agencies.
