Residential BoM Generator
Nine calculators that turn room and project dimensions into material quantities — for interior finishes, fencing, and pressure-washing jobs. No pricing data, no external API calls: every formula is a public-domain construction takeoff rule computed locally.
What it does
- Drywall — sheets, joint compound, tape, and screws from room dimensions, door/window count, and sheet size
- Paint — gallons and buckets from area, coat count, and coverage rate
- Flooring — boxes needed from floor area, box coverage, and waste allowance
- Insulation — bags/rolls from area and per-bag coverage
- Baseboard — linear feet and stock pieces from room perimeter, minus doorways
- Wallpaper — rolls needed, with waste automatically adjusted for pattern repeat (straight-match vs. drop-match)
- Fencing — posts, rails, pickets, and concrete bags for a wood privacy fence run, including gates
- Pressure washing — chemical/water dilution mix, plus job duration and total water usage
