Sextante

A market-data lens. Sextante reads and synthesizes multi-source financial data — crypto spot quotes, cross-source consensus and dispersion, OHLCV, and flagged tensions — so you can make a trading decision. It is read-only by design: it presents evidence and surfaces tensions, and never executes trades or issues a buy/sell verdict.

Sextante is a read-only market-data lens: it reads, normalises and cross-checks multiple independent sources, then reports the evidence and the tensions between them — so a human can decide. Sextante is a lens, not a hand and not a mouth: it never executes a trade and never issues a buy/sell verdict. Its deterministic core normalises crypto, FX, equities and fundamentals into one canonical contract and synthesises a Reading: consensus, cross-source dispersion, and flagged tensions (diverging sources, wide spreads, stale or missing data). The model narrates; the human decides. Every Reading carries an evidence-quality contract: it discloses how many independent sources stand behind it, and a number backed by a single uncorroborated source is explicitly flagged — the lens never presents unverified data as if it were cross-checked. Flagship: the ARS multi-rate lens. For the Argentine peso, one dollar has five prices — oficial, blue, MEP, CCL and cripto. get_ars_reading reports them side by side, each rate cross-checked across its own sources, with the brecha vs the oficial reported as evidence (not an alarm — in a multi-rate market, the gap is the normal state). Tensions flag what genuinely deserves attention: sources of the same rate diverging, or a rate standing on a single source. Tools: multi-source crypto Readings, spot quotes and OHLCV, ECB FX reference rates, equity daily history, key fundamentals, and the ARS multi-rate Reading. Keyless sources; free-tier friendly; every response carries its provenance (source and timestamp).
