Overview

AdOps MCP is a CSV-first analytics and optimization tool for Google Ads and Meta Ads. Export a CSV from your ad dashboard, import it with ad_csv_import, and every tool — reports, anomaly detection, budget optimization, A/B testing, forecasting, industry benchmarks — runs on your real data. No OAuth, no developer tokens, no API approval queues.

How It Works

  1. Export a Campaigns report from Google Ads Editor or Meta Ads Manager (optionally with Day segmentation)
  2. Call ad_csv_import with the file path
  3. Use any of the 17 analytics tools on the imported data
  4. Call ads_export_recommendations to get a bulk-edit CSV ready to paste back into your ad dashboard

Key Capabilities

  • ad_csv_import: Parses Google Ads Editor + Meta Ads Manager CSV exports. Handles US and European number formats, BOM, auto-detects delimiter and currency.
  • ads_report: Unified cross-platform performance report (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate). Group by campaign, platform, or both.
  • anomaly_detect: Statistical anomaly detection — CPC spikes, CTR drops, conversion dives, spend surges. Configurable sensitivity.
  • budget_analyze: AI-generated recommendations — scale high-ROAS, reduce weak ROAS, reallocate between campaigns, pause zero-conversion with spend.
  • ads_export_recommendations: Export recommendations as Google Ads Editor CSV, Meta Ads Manager CSV, JSON (for n8n/Zapier), or Markdown (for standup docs).
  • ab_test_analyze: Compare two campaigns with statistical significance testing. Returns winner, confidence, uplift %, sample-size adequacy.
  • competitor_benchmark: Compare against 9-vertical industry averages (ecommerce, SaaS, B2B, healthcare, education, travel, real estate, finance, consumer goods).
  • forecast_spend: Spend / conversions / ROAS projection for 7/14/30 days based on recent trends.

Who This Is For

  • Freelance and SMB advertisers who want a unified cross-platform view without signing up for enterprise analytics suites
  • Agencies managing multiple Google + Meta accounts who need quick analysis without per-account OAuth setup
  • Anyone who wants AI-driven optimization recommendations they can review before applying

What's Different

AdOps does not call Google Ads or Meta Marketing write APIs (that would require OAuth + developer-token approval queues that kill solo/SMB adoption). Instead, it closes the loop by exporting platform-ready bulk-edit CSVs — the AI generates the plan, you paste it into your dashboard in one step.
