Problem Statement

Every developer using an AI coding agent eventually asks one of these:

• "Is this vendor's domain actually configured properly before we integrate?"
• "Did the SSL cert renew? When does it expire?"
• "Is DMARC set up correctly on our domain?"
• "What subdomains does this company actually have?"
• "Are the security headers we just shipped present in production?"

Today the LLM either makes it up (it has no live access), or the user has to leave their editor, hit 5–9 different web tools (SSL Labs, securityheaders.com, dnschecker.org, crt.sh, mxtoolbox, etc.), and copy results back. This MCP is the one tool call that replaces the whole tab-shuffle.

The reason this passes the LLM-test: every signal here is live network state that changes daily and the model cannot hallucinate from training data — current cert validity, current DNS records, current redirects, current headers.
